Antique Cotton Agra Rug

The age is indicated by the selective color corrosion in the dark brown, but otherwise the condition is fairly good. Cotton pile rugs were almost all produced in Agra in northern India and have light palettes. The cream field shows stemmed flower detailed in rust, off white, dark brown and yellow.
