The abrash distressed plain red field shows a classic Ottoman Oushak design of a hooked and pointed oval medallion with erratically fringed escutcheon pendants. Pale blue conjoint corners with thick stylized forked leaves. Red border with vigorous arabesques, forming broken large S's.  .
