This essentially flat west Turkish town carpet has a small-scale all-over Persianate pattern of cogwheel rosettes, small palmettes, double arabesque leaves and small flowers on the cream ground. The cream border displays pairs of complete flowers facing towards central rosettes. A generally light palette.  .
